Virtual Product and Services Selector

The Virtual Products and Services Selector (VPSS) provides an easy way for the visitors to your funeral home to learn more about your products and services through a number of output options that include:

• Self-service computer
• A laptop (This can be used in a family's home for Pre-Need or At-Need arrangements)
• A desktop computer in the arrangement office or lobby

You may want to create multiple VPSS for different areas of your funeral homes.

May we suggest the following?

Full VPSS for the front lobby that includes:

• Information about your current funerals
• Information about the funeral home, including your history
• Online donations and condolences
• View products & services

Products & services VPSS used in a selection room:

• Demonstrate products, including customization options on Matthews products
• Demonstrate services offered at the funeral home, including video files that will easily demonstrate what each service consists of
• Ability to add products to a funeral record

Casket Education Center:

• Use the pre-built VPSS for demonstrating the value of caskets and provide information on the casket selection process

For use with a laptop:

• Use a wireless internet card for access in any family home
• Demonstrate products and services selections
• Customize caskets in front of family
• No longer need to use casket selection binders

The VPSS also features the capability of customizing caskets for the visitor to see. They can select to change the cap panel (image that goes in the lid of the casket) or change the corners of the casket if that feature is available for their selected casket. The customization feature is only available with the Matthews caskets division products however you can put any other manufacturer's product in the VPSS.
