Just added for all Matthews IMS subscribers: We have recently added a new "Live Operator" Online Support system to the IMS.
Now the Matthews IMS comes with the assurance that if you need help, it's available at no charge through email, by phone, or by chatting with one of our numerous IMS specialists that are available with our "live Operator" feature. This service is available daily, during regular business hours. Best of all, even if there are no operators showing online, you can leave a message and one of our specialists will respond as soon as they are back at their desk. This new service has been made possible by using proceeds from the Memorial Candle Program to offset the cost of this free support service.
Live Operator has also been installed on the new Matthews IMS website. Now any visitor to the MatthewsIMS.com website will be able to instantly open an online chat.
We've added a link on the website that allows viewers interested in the Matthews IMS to interact and have their questions answered without getting on the telephone. Our Matthews IMS Specialists are ready to help the visitor get a clear picture of the IMS's capabilities immediately.
