In 2004, FrontRunner's CEO/President, Kevin Montroy, identified that many Funeral Homes are beginning to purchase many software solutions each with their own unique offerings, these include:

With each of these software solutions the Funeral Director is required to enter the information for the client family each and every time, including First & Last name, date of birth and death and other relative information needed by each individual software. This has caused the Funeral Director to spend more time on a computer, decreasing their amount of available time for the family... Keeping this added time in mind, FrontRunner Professional began to create the Integrated Management System (IMS) with the logic of being a single entry system.
What does this mean for you?
The Integrated Management System is a combination of programs that allows for the Funeral Director to enter the information only once and then it can auto populate to the other areas in the system.
This will save the Funeral Director from having to re-enter the information over each time, minimizing the chances of errors.
Revenue Opportunities...
We have identified that Funeral Homes are looking to increase revenue opportunities, and through our IMS, we have created a system that can create those revenues.
Our Celebration of Life Memorial Module offers revenue opportunities in two methods:

Family Renewals - each year, any person visiting their friend/loved one have an opportunity to renew the Celebration of Life. The renewal is a annual. The Funeral Home will make ten dollars from each fifty dollar renewal.

Upgrade to Family Interactive Edition - Each family will use the Celebration of Life Memorial Module at no cost, to either the Funeral Home or Family. However, should the family wish to upgrade to the Family Interactive Edition, the Funeral Home can charge a fee up to a maximum of $395.00. There is no cost from FrontRunner for the Family Interactive Edition, and this becomes pure profit.
To support our revenue opportunities, there will be a Celebration of Life package created that you can purchase that will include:
